Job description

Maintain, enhance, and repair the business software solutions SVContheGO SOTG, the ECT that works with SOTG, and the SVCForce outlook add in.
Assist with the continued enhancement of the Ascent programming and development processes.
Update the company’s problem-tracking database as issues are resolved.
Conduct software quality testing and document issues to facilitate resolution.
Communicate major support/programming issues to management.
Time entry to the business system for all tasks should be in compliance with company policy.

Bachelor’s in Information Technology and 3 years of work experience.
