Learn more about entering using AutomatedService graphical Dispatch Boards and Call Central to manage service call logistics.

Get insight to:

  • Creating Dispatch Boards that provide at-a-glance information for scheduling the right technician for the job

  • Creating call central reports that report a jobs status: ie: On-hold for parts; ready for billing; or other pertinent information

  • Ins-and-outs of using color displays and filters to identify important information

Session 3 includes:

  • Weekly Dispatch Board

  • Using Filters to access specific information

  • Using Format Display; color display

  • Saving and copying Dispatch Board and Call Central formats

  • Printing and exporting Call Central reports
