An overview of AutomatedService Utilities including suggestions on when to use each process.

Get insight to:

• Reviewing and finding information and data using lookup and search features

• Merging two information from two Service Sites  into one site

• Purging Service Sites that are no longer required or were setup by mistake

• Purging prior period data that is no longer required

• Closing completed service jobs

Session 7 includes:

• AutomatedService Lookup & Search features

• Service Site; Service Job History; Agreement and Dispatch Card purge

• Service Job Closeout Register

Free to Client Care Customers: We encourage all of our customers to take advantage of this valuable program!! Tuition is free of charge for customers with Client Care support contracts.  Cost is $120.00 for customers without a Client Care support contract.
