Online Educational Series – Getting The Most Out of AutomatedService

PART I - Session 2 of 4 - Service Call Management

Designed to benefit new users of AutomatedService, this introductory session is the second of four one-hour sessions. Learn the basics you will need to begin using AutomatedService to track and dispatch your service calls.

Get insight to:

  • How AutomatedService tracks day-to-day activities associated with the service business

  • Setting-up a new customer job site

  • Entering new information for a service or repair job

  • Creating an equipment record

  • Creating a service agreement

Session 2 includes:

  • AutomatedService Master files (records): Site, Job, Equipment and   Agreement Records

Free to Client Care Customers: We encourage all of our customers to take advantage of this valuable program!! Tuition is free of charge for customers with Client Care support contracts.  Cost is $120.00 for customers without a Client Care support contract.
