Online Educational Series – Getting The Most Out of AutomatedService

PART I - Session 1 of 4 - Features & Functionality

Designed to benefit new users of AutomatedService, this introductory session is the first of four one-hour sessions.  Learn the basics you will need to jump start automation of your service business processes.

Get insight to:

  • Why it is important to fully implement AutomatedService

  • Each phase of a Service Call - from initiation to completion

  • Manage billing of all costs associated with a service job

  • Using the Weekly Dispatch Board and Call Central

  • Administration of contracts, warranties and preventative maintenance agreements

  • Use of reporting tools

Session 1 includes:

  • AutomatedService features and functionality

  • Understanding how AutomatedService works with Sage MAS 90

Free to Client Care Customers: We encourage all of our customers to take advantage of this valuable program!! Tuition is free of charge for customers with Client Care support contracts.  Cost is $120.00 for customers without a Client Care support contract.
