Ascent is licensed by Sage Software as a Master Developer for its Sage MAS 90, Sage MAS 200 and Sage BusinessVision suite of products.  As a licensed developer, we are authorized to modify the solutions to meet specific customer needs across a wide range of industries:  data conversions, custom reports, custom processes and integration to third party software applications.  Ascent is also a Microsoft Certified ISV Partner. 

IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES

Quality training and implementation services are essential components of our most successful installations.  We recommend and build training schedules based on each company's particular needs.  Proper training assists customers in taking full advantage of the system's capabilities.  We provide on-site and webinar training (over the phone and internet) to meet various training needs.  Monthly classes are also available and are listed in the Calendar of Events section of our website.

SUPPORT SERVICES

Ascent offers ongoing technical support services.  We maintain a professionally trained staff that offers the technical expertise necessary to support your business system.  Choose from two plans:  Client Care or Per Incident.  Each plan has its own features to meet the varying support needs of our customers.  As Certified Sage Software and Microsoft Certified Partners, our technical support is available for your entire business system including business applications, Microsoft applications and other hardware and network components.

Experienced programmers are used to enhance systems to meet specific needs.  Our Sage Software authorized programming services can help customers meet simple needs such as specialized reporting through complex system modifications to help businesses operate more effectively.
